OK, we are 8 days into this weight-loss journey, this is not a race, not even a marathon. It is a life-changing journey. I have been experimenting with different green smoothies. Some are good, some tolerable and some I don’t think I will ever be able to drink again. But you don’t care about that; what is the result.
It’s working.
I decided to log my weight every day going forward. I know people say you should not do this because you will get discouraged by plateaus and bounces. But this is not a diet this is a lifestyle change and I know the process is not going to be linear. The log will help me understand some of my eating choices as I will get feedback pretty quickly if I start doing something that is not healthy.
