This is a long term plan. It’s not a sprint or even a marathon. It is a life-changing journey.
It’s working. The last 7 days have been up and down, but overall a downward trend. I can do this and so can you.
This was day 4 of my first Sunflower Microgreen Grow.




This second grow I “planted” Sunflower, Peas, Broccoli, and Kale.
Right now, I’m adding Chia seeds and ground flax seeds to all my smoothies. I am replacing full-size greens with Microgreens for the added nutritional value.

Microgreens can contain 4-40 times the nutrients as full size greens by weight. This packs my smoothies with multiple servings of veggies per smoothie.
