This is a long term plan. It’s not a sprint or even a marathon. It is a life-changing journey.
It’s working. day 13 was 13.2 Lbs. bounce back up today. The last 7 days has been up and down, but overall a downward trend. I can do this and so can you.
I started my first 3 trays if microgreens on June 30th. I will not be explaining exactly how to grow this way, because it is taken directly from “Microgreens: Intense Hydroponic Grows” Book, but you can follow Brent Montgomery’s YouTube channel. I highly recommend it.



The first three trays I “planted” were Broccoli, Kale and Radish.
Right now, I’m adding Chia seeds and ground flax seeds to all my smoothies but soon will be replacing full-size greens with Microgreens for the added nutritional value.
